I’m running on fumes. My 1-year-old is still waking up at least 2-3 times a night. I’m exhausted. Anyone with the same problem?
We went through the exact same thing and white noise saved us.
You are not alone! Our trick was setting up a super consistent bedtime routine, and we stuck to it like glue. We did a bit of gentle sleep training around 8 months, and while it was tough at first, it really helped all of us sleep better.
I swear by a good bedtime feed to keep them full longer. It might help them sleep through the night more consistently.
We went through the same thing and sadly nothing we tried worked. My husband and I ended up alternating weeks of who was on baby call so we could each get some sleep. We also followed safe sleep seven and practiced safe cosleeping in my toddlers room on his floor bed with him.
There is hope! My son started sleeping through the night within the last month and is 19 months now.
Thanks for the ideas, everyone! It’s so good to know I’m not alone in this. Here’s hoping tonight is a little better
Honestly, some nights I just gave in and co-slept with the baby. It wasn’t what I planned, but it was the only way any of us got sleep. Sometimes you just have to do what works in the moment to survive. Eventually, they moved back to their crib, and we all survived. Hang in there!
